Funny. When housing prices were going up, and everybody was feeling like millionaires on paper, Comgress wasn't bashful about thumping their chest, and telling us voters that they were responsible for the good times. But now that the whole thing has gone to crap, my, my, they never knew anything about it. In fact, it was the fault of evil "outsiders."Gimme a break.
